As a construction company, Winkler has over 80 years of experience serving both the private and public sectors. The company boasts a dynamic team and powerful machinery—qualities it aims to highlight in its new recruitment campaign.

The content and user flows of the company’s previous career website were thoroughly tested and completely revamped to ensure that it appeals to Gen Z and Gen Alpha not only with its new look but also through its language.

Challenge

Like many companies in the industry, Winkler is looking for apprentices. As part of a recruitment campaign focused on skilled trades in the construction industry, we developed not only an out-of-home campaign for Winkler but also a new career website. The primary goal was to highlight the diversity of apprenticeship programs, provide guidance for those who are undecided, and most importantly offer a simple, fast, and mobile-optimized application process.
